The greatest sermon preached came from Jesus Christ. Matthew recorded this sermon in three chapters when Christ taught his believers the practical ways of living a Spiritual
life. This lesson will cover the first part of this sermon. It stems from the basic characteristics of following God to adultery and covers how we should treat our
1) The Beatitudes is something we have studied before regarding our character in God’s eyes. Why would Jesus start his sermon with this theme? How can we apply this message
in our lives?

2) What two things does Jesus compare his followers too? What message is he trying to convey?

3) Ministry is important to the Lord. We all cannot do the same thing but how can we be useful to Jesus?




4) Many people believe that the past or old law has been done away with. What does Christ say regarding this idea? What has He come to do?

5) What does Jesus have to say about anger and murder? What advice is given when you have a problem with someone?
